@UPI A little boy, about 2 ½, had wandered off from his mama in the crowd. Noticing people in the stands shaking hands with a distinguished man, the lost boy drew closer. But instead of extending a hand for a shake, he reached up with both hands and said "Uppie!" (3/14)
