@diaz_manuel @Reuters You're entitled to your opinion, but I don't agree that the lifelong community members I spoke to who have watched stream flow decrease, incomes drop and seen illegal lakes built that have caused destruction in some cases are in on some kind of campaign.

@adelrosals @Reuters That's interesting because every local person we talked to, including community representatives, said there was no dialogue with property owners who have these lakes. I don't consider their opinions "noise", as they are living it. But happy to hear better cases exist for some.
